These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RankPortal (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using the Service
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or booking a trial, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with any plan limits (such as the number of clients or tracked keywords) associated with your plan.
2. Client data and connected accounts
When you connect a client's Google Search Console or GA4 property, you confirm you have the right to access that data on their behalf. You are responsible for your relationship with your clients, including how their data is used and shared through your dashboard.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Prices, client limits, and keyword limits for each plan are listed on our Pricing page and may change with notice. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
4. Free trials
Free trial bookings are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to limit trial access or extend a trial period at our discretion.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on third-party APIs (such as Search Console or GA4) may be affected by changes on those platforms.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankPortal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
